• College degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience with production assurance processes and/or ITIL best practices
• Minimum of five years plus experience with Oracle SQL, T-SQL, Excel, PowerPoint and ODBC
• Ideally one year of experience with Microsoft Reporting Services
• Experience/understanding on statistics, reporting and analysis
• Awareness of the business and IT strategy
• Basic understanding of the company's business practices and familiarity with the company's products and services
• Proven analytical and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
• Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus
