QUALIFICATIONS:
* BS in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering degree or related.
*10 yrs. minimum of experience in human resources management
*3 yrs minimum leading Union contracts negotiation.
*Excellent communication and facilitation skills/Bilingual (English/Spanish)
*Demonstrated leadership in change management, including customer productivity and change acceleration programs, labor and professional relations.
